Common use of Timetable for Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Timetable for Negotiations. If either the Board or the Association desires to commence bargaining, they shall provide notice at least ninety (90) days but no more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. Notification in writing from the Association shall be directed to the Superintendent and notification in writing from the Board shall be directed to the President of the Association.
