Conditions and Duration of Agreement. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect for the period commencing on the first day of January, 20112014, and terminating on the 31st day of December, 20132016. It is understood and agreed that the terms of this Agreement may be amended or modified by mutual written agreement of the Employer and the Union.
Conditions and Duration of Agreement. This agreement shall continue in full force and effect from the effective date hereof to and including June 29, 2022. The Board and the Union for the life of this agreement each voluntarily waives the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject matter not specifically referred to or covered in this agreement except when federal or state legislation makes it mandatory, or by mutual agreement.

The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the 20 unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject as provided by Wisconsin 21 Statutes 111.70 and that the agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are 22 set forth in this Agreement. 24 This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until its expiration date December 31, 2023. 26 (f) Negotiations: Either party to this Agreement may select for itself such negotiator or negotiators for 27 purposes of carrying on conferences and negotiations under the provisions of Section 111.70, Wisconsin Statutes, as 28 such party may determine subject to the limitations under Article I (g) 4. No consent from either party shall be 29 required in order to name such negotiator or negotiators.

1 3. It is further understood and agreed that all expenditures or compensation to be 2 paid to members of the Association in accordance with this Agreement must 3 first meet the requirements and procedures required by law and the provisions 4 of Chapter 65, Wisconsin Statutes.

Any matter which directly or indirectly relates to wages, hours, or conditions of 6 employment, or which relates to other matters, whether the same are specifically 7 covered by this Agreement or not, will not be a subject for bargaining during the 8 term of this Agreement; subject, however, to the provisions contained in Article 9 XVII and XVIII of this Agreement.

Conditions and Duration of Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be effective from the 1st day of January, 2018, at 0001 hours until December 31, 2020 at 2400 hours.
Conditions and Duration of Agreement. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect for the period commencing on January 1, 2013, except as otherwise provided, and terminating on December 31, 2017. It is further understood and agreed that all expenditures or compensation to be paid employees in accordance with this Agreement must first meet the requirements and procedures required by law. Since this is a bargaining unit of uniformed personnel, during the period of any negotiations for a successor Agreement, existing wages, hours and other conditions of employment shall not be changed by action of either party without the consent of the other party.
Conditions and Duration of Agreement.
