Common use of Timetable Clause in Contracts

Timetable. 4.1 The Timetable for implementation shall be agreed upon receipt of this contract once resource availability can be allocated. 4.2 The Timetable may only be amended with the mutual agreement of the parties unless any date requires to be amended as a result of any act, omission or failure of a third party supplier.
