Timing of Delivery. (i) If the Awardee’s right to receive shares of Common Stock pursuant to this Performance-Based Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement has vested pursuant to subsection E(1), a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the Awardee’s Vested Units shall be delivered to the Awardee in the calendar year in which occurs the Determination Date.
