Timing of Payment of Fee. Any and all fees due to XXXXXXXXX under this Agreement shall be paid upon execution of this Agreement.
Timing of Payment of Fee. CBXC shall pay and release Shares to STRATUS upon satisfaction of performance from time to tome in stages commencing within thirty (30) days from filing of the Registration Statement. Failure of CBXC to finally pay any Shares within thirty (30) days after the applicable due date shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, justifying suspension of the performance of the Services provided by STRATUS and will be sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by STRATUS, and such breach will cause this Agreement to be null and void.
Timing of Payment of Fee. Any and all fees due to NASSAU CONSULTANTS under this Agreement shall be paid upon execution of this Agreement.

Timing of Payment of Fee. Any and all fees due to KEN ASH JR under this Agreement shall be xxxx xxxx completion of the work.
Timing of Payment of Fee. All of the Shares shall be issued to an escrow holder who is reasonably acceptable to CUCOLORIS upon execution of this Agreement and the Shares shall be released and delivered to CUCOLORIS free of such escrow per the following release schedule: one hundred thousand (100,000) shares immediately upon execution of this agreement and subsequent Registration, one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) shares on January 15, 2007, two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) shares on April 15, 2007, two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) shares on July 15, 2007, and two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) shares on October 15, 2007.
Timing of Payment of Fee. Any and all fees due to GECC under this Agreement shall be paid as specified in the Fee Agreement and shall be paid at the time specified in the Agreement. In the event of Client's inability to pay all fees as specified, GECC retains the right to cancel this Agreement and retain all fees previously paid as liquidated damages. Payment shall be made in U.S. Dollars except where payment is made in such other form as may previously be agreed to in writing by GECC.
