Common use of Timing, Reports and Documents Clause in Contracts

Timing, Reports and Documents. The Recipient will submit each request for payment for Eligible Expenditures in respect of each Project to the Province in accordance with Schedule “D” (Reports) and, if the Province so requested pursuant to paragraph K.4.1(f), after review by the Committee.
