Common use of Title and Position Clause in Contracts

Title and Position. During the Employment Term, Executive shall hold the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Executive’s responsibilities shall include such duties as are commensurate with Executive’s position and as may be assigned to Executive in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or the Chief Executive Officer.

Title and Position. Executive’s responsibilities shall include such duties as are commensurate with Executive’s position and as may be assigned to Executive in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or the Chief Executive Officer.

During the Employment Term, Executive shall hold the position of Chief Operating Information Officer of the Company, and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Executive’s responsibilities shall include such duties as are commensurate with Executive’s position and as may be assigned to Executive in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or the Chief Executive Officer.

During the Employment Term, Executive shall hold the position of Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Company, and in performing his duties hereunder, shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors of the CompanyCompany (the “Board”). Executive shall also serve as a member of the Board during the Employment Term. Executive’s responsibilities shall include such duties as are commensurate with Executive’s position and as may be assigned to Executive in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or the Chief Executive Officer.
