Position and Start Date. 2.1 You shall be employed on a part-time basis as Chief Financial Officer and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer. You are expected to work 10 hours a week for the Corporation. Your duties shall include those set out at Schedule A. The Corporation may change your duties from time to time consistent with your position without having any effect upon any other term of the Agreement.
2.2 Your employment with the Corporation pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall commence August 16, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) and will continue until the Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 hereof (the “Term”).

Position and Start Date. 1.1 The Executive is hereby employed as Chief Executive Officer/President (CEO) of the Company. This Agreement is effective as of 1 February 2022. The parties acknowledge that the employment began on 1 January 2015.
1.2 The primary place of employment is the Company's place of business in Uppsala, Sweden. In accordance with the instructions which the Company issues from time to time, the position includes an obligation to work at all of the Company's places of business or at another location. Permanent change of primary place of employment to a place that is not in an area in relation to the current place of employment requires that the parties agree on the change. The position includes an obligation to undertake business travel, both within and outside of Sweden.
1.3 The Executive may from time to time be appointed as board member or managing director of not only the Company but also other companies in the Company Group (as defined below). This agreement governs all such appointments and is valid until further notice in accordance with the conditions stated below.
1.4 The term "Company Group" in this agreement includes any legal entity which, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Company, regardless of which country such legal entity is registered in.
1.5 The parties agree that the Executive holds a managerial position and that the Swedish Employment Protection Act (1982:80) does not apply to the Executive's employment hereunder.
1.6 The Executive shall at all times meet the requirements of Fit & Proper standards as, at any time, stipulated by Nasdaq. Failure to do so is considered a major breach of this agreement.
Position and Start Date. The Company agrees to employ you as a Software Engineer on or about 15 Jul, 2022. Your place of posting would be Noida. You accept such employment by the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You agree to serve the Company faithfully in this capacity and to perform such duties and responsibilities as may be established by the Company from time to time.
Position and Start Date. You are being offered the position of Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to our Chief Executive Officer. You will be a remote employee based in your home office in Texas. This is an exempt position. Your anticipated start date will be October 5, 2020.
Position and Start Date. Your position at the Company will be as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). As CEO, you shall have supervision and control over and responsibility for the day-to-day business and affairs of the Company and shall have such other powers and duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). For so long as you serve as CEO, the Company shall nominate you for election to the Board by the Company’s shareholders. Upon the ending of your employment as CEO, you shall immediately resign from the Board as well as from any other position(s) to which you were elected or appointed in connection with your position as CEO. You will begin your employment with the Company no later than February 6, 2017. For purposes of this Agreement, the actual first date of your employment shall be the “Start Date”.
Position and Start Date. You are initially being offered the position of the Chief Technology Officer. Effective upon Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx’x assumption of the position of Chief Technology Officer you shall assume the position of Vice President of Engineering. This is an exempt position based in our Pleasanton, California office.
Position and Start Date. You will continue to serve as New Relic’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary reporting to Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Chief Executive Officer. You will continue to work out of New Relic’s San Francisco office and travel to support the Company’s global operations.
Position and Start Date. Beginning April 08, 2019, you will serve in a full-time capacity as CRO. By signing this letter agreement, you represent and warrant to the Company that you are under no contractual commitments inconsistent with your obligations to the Company.
Position and Start Date. You are being offered the position of Vice President, Finance, reporting to our Chief Financial Officer. This is an exempt position based in our Xxxxxxxx office. Your anticipated start date will be December 17, 2020.
Position and Start Date. Conditional on the closing of the Versant Series A financing, you will be employed by the Company in the position of President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), reporting to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). We anticipate a start date of no later than one (1) month after closing of the Series A Financing, or such other later date as agreed in writing (the “Start Date”). Given the nature of the Company’s business, your job will evolve and change over time. Accordingly, the Company may add to or remove from your duties and responsibilities as circumstances change and this Agreement will continue to apply.
