Common use of Title; Capacity; Compensation Clause in Contracts

Title; Capacity; Compensation. 2.1 The Employee will serve as the Executive Vice President, Business Development of the Company starting on the Commencement Date and continuing until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 3, with such customary duties and responsibilities associated with such title, and such other duties commensurate with such title as may, from time to time, be designated by the Board of Directors of HoldCo.

Title; Capacity; Compensation. 2.1 The Employee will continue to serve as the Executive Vice President, Business Development President and General Counsel of the Company starting on the Commencement Date and continuing until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 3, with such customary duties and responsibilities associated with such title, and such other duties commensurate with such title as may, from time to time, be designated by the Company or Board of Directors of HoldCo.
