Common use of TITLE CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

TITLE CONDITIONS. The Tenant must: comply with any title conditions (which includes servitudes) relating to the Premises; do nothing which would cause the Landlord to be in breach of such title conditions; and not exercise any right which the Tenant may have to enforce any title condition relating to the Premises against a third party without the Landlord's consent. Applications for consent or approval Where the Tenant makes any application to the Landlord for consent or approval under this Lease, the Tenant must provide to the Landlord all the information the Landlord requires to enable the Landlord to consider the application. Data Sharing The Tenant must, if required by the Landlord, provide the Landlord on a [quarterly] [annual] basis, all data relative to the Environmental Performance of the Premises that the Tenant holds, such data to be delivered: in a form which provides meaningful and useful information; and using an industry accepted methodology, agreed by the Landlord and the Tenant (each being bound to act reasonably), to ensure consistency of the data. The Landlord undertakes to keep any such disclosed data confidential and only to use it to comply with any Legal Requirement.
