Common use of Title Data Clause in Contracts

Title Data. Each Borrower will, and will cause each Guarantor to, deliver to the Administrative Agent such existing opinions of counsel and other evidence of title as the Administrative Agent shall deem reasonably necessary or appropriate to verify the title of the Credit Parties to not less than eighty percent (80%) of the Minimum Collateral Amount.

Title Data.
