Common use of Title III Funds Clause in Contracts

Title III Funds. The Sub-Recipient assures compliance with Section 306 of the OAA, as amended in 2006, and will not use funds received under Title III to pay any part of a cost (including an administrative cost) incurred by the Sub- Recipient to maintain a contractual or commercial relationship that is not carried out to implement Title III.
