Common use of Title Insurance for the Property Clause in Contracts

Title Insurance for the Property. If a Title Insurance Policy or a Title Insurance Owner’s Policy provided in the Property File with respect to the Property initially consists of a marked or initialed binding commitment, then Borrower shall post a copy to the Property File of a fully issued Title Insurance Policy or Title Insurance Owner’s Policy, as applicable, for such Property in the form and with the coverages and endorsements as provided in such marked or initialed binding commitment within one hundred eighty (180) days following the date hereof.
