Title to Client Equipment Sample Clauses

Title to Client Equipment. Client shall own sole title to all Client Equipment at all times. Catalent acknowledges and agrees that it does not have, and will not have, any ownership or property interest in the Client Equipment at any time. At Client’s request, Catalent shall xxxx, or will allow Client to xxxx, the Client Equipment with appropriate tags, labels or lettering as being the property of Client provided that such marking does not interfere with Processing. Catalent shall maintain those markings and any similar markings that Client placed or had placed on the Client Equipment before or after delivering the Client Equipment to Catalent. Catalent shall not knowingly represent to any Regulatory Authority or Third Party, and shall not represent in any public disclosure, including any financial statement or tax return, that it has any property interest in the Client Equipment, or make any other public or non-public statement or representation that is inconsistent with Client’s retention of all right, title, and interest in and to the Client Equipment, as provided herein.

  • Ownership Title to Project Deliverables This clause shall apply where Contractor is commissioned by the Authorized User to furnish project deliverables as detailed in the Purchase Order.

  • Title to Property The Company and its Subsidiaries have good and marketable title in fee simple to all real property and good and marketable title to all personal property owned by them which is material to the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, in each case free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and defects except such as are described in Schedule 3(t) or such as would not have a Material Adverse Effect. Any real property and facilities held under lease by the Company and its Subsidiaries are held by them under valid, subsisting and enforceable leases with such exceptions as would not have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Title to the Property Borrower will warrant and defend (a) the title to the Property and every part thereof, subject only to Liens permitted hereunder (including Permitted Encumbrances) and (b) the validity and priority of the Liens of the Mortgage and the Assignment of Leases on the Property, subject only to Liens permitted hereunder (including Permitted Encumbrances), in each case against the claims of all Persons whomsoever.   • Title to Timber During the period of this contract, and any extension, PURCHASER shall have the right to cut and remove the timber. Such right shall be conditioned upon PURCHASER complying with the provisions of this contract. The ownership of and title to the timber shall pass to PURCHASER as the timber is paid for and removed from the timber sale area. Any right of PURCHASER to cut and remove the timber shall expire and end at the time this contract, or any extension, terminates. All rights and interests of PURCHASER in and to the timber and logs remaining on the timber sale area shall, at that time, automatically revert to and revest in STATE, without compensation to PURCHASER.

  • Title to Project Deliverables Contractor acknowledges that it is commissioned by the Authorized User to perform the services detailed in the Purchase Order. Unless otherwise specified in writing in the Bid or Purchase Order, the Authorized User shall have ownership and license rights as follows:

Limitations of remedies provisions, which are unconscionable under applicable Florida law, are void. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS). In compliance with Florida Statutes, Ch. 442, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany any applicable item delivered under this Agreement.
