Common use of Title to Manager's Alterations Clause in Contracts

Title to Manager's Alterations. Subject to the provisions of Article 11, any alterations, changes, improvements and additions to the Premises made by Manager shall immediately become the property of Owner as mutually determined on a case by case basis by Owner and Manager and shall be considered a part of the Stadium Facility, but Owner will not be obligated to compensate or reimburse Manager or any other person or entity for any such alterations, changes, improvements or additions made by Manager, and Manager hereby waives all right to any such compensation or reimbursement.
