Title to Project Site Natural Resources. The title to water, soil, rock, gravel, sand, minerals, timber and any other natural resources developed or excavated by Subcontractor or any of its lower tier subcontractors as part of the Services at the Project Site is hereby expressly reserved by the Owner. No natural resources may be removed or sold by Subcontractor.

  • Title to Project Site Title to the Site is vested in the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia as public property of the State of Georgia, and is not subject to levy or lien.

  • Title to Project Deliverables Unless otherwise specified in writing in the Purchase Order, the Authorized User shall have ownership and license rights as follows:

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes.   • Title to Project Deliverables Contractor acknowledges that it is commissioned by the Authorized User to perform the services detailed in the Purchase Order. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.
