To ARDOR Sample Clauses

To ARDOR. TIMET shall deliver the Titanium Product(s) manufactured under this Agreement by placing the Titanium Product(s), packed ready for shipment with evidence of conformity provided by this Agreement, at the TIMET’s production facility within the period specified by the order, loaded aboard the means of transport provided by the carrier nominated by ARDOR or a logistics company or other person acting on ARDOR’s behalf.
