to Customer. Alteva communicates with its customers primarily via email. Notices to Customers shall be sent to the email address specified by Customer at the time of registration for the Services or as subsequently specified by Customer (“Customer’s Email”). Customer is responsible for notifying Alteva of any change to Customer’s Email. Customer agrees that sending a message to the Customer’s Email is the agreed-upon means for Alteva to provide notice to Customer. Email is used to communicate important information about the Services, Charges, billing, changes to the Services and other information. The information is time-sensitive. It is required that Customer read any email sent to the Customer’s Email in a timely manner in order to avoid any potential interruption in the Services.
