to June 30; the March. bid window will be for time off for July 1 to December 31st. The employee will have three weeks to submit their requests. The employer will disposition requests no later than October 15 for the January β June period, and April 15 for the July β December period. A minimum of 10% of employees in each classification (vacation groups) shall be allowed off on any given day. Local language or established practice regarding awarding PTO by classification will be followed. Ad Hoc PTO/FH covers requests for personal business or other events that cannot be foreseen or planned during the prearranged PTO bid windows.
