To Original Position. (13) A regular unrestricted employee who has exercised their seniority in accordance with this clause will not be permitted to exercise their seniority under this clause for a minimum of two (2) months after which time they would return to their position if the hours in their old position are equal or exceed thirty (30) true hours.
