To the Administrator. Administration Expenses not to exceed a maximum payment of Sixty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($60,000.00), except for a showing of good cause and as approved by the Court. The Administration Expenses to be paid to the Administrator are subject to the Court’s approval and will be paid only from the Gross Settlement Amount. To the extent the Administration Expenses amount is less than $60,000 or the Court approves payment less than $60,000, the Administrator will allocate the remainder to the Net Settlement Amount.
