Tobacco Use Counseling and Interventions. Benefits are provided for screenings for tobacco use and, for those who use tobacco products, two (2) tobacco cessation attempts per year. A tobacco cessation attempt includes four (4) tobacco cessation counseling sessions and Covered Medications as set forth in the Paragraph 6.
