Tolling Body. The Interlocal Agreement shall establish a Tolling Body, shall delegate and assign rights, powers and responsibilities to the Tolling Body, and shall prescribe who may exercise the various designated powers of each of the parties thereto, subject to such limitations as may be contained therein.

Tolling Body. The Tolling Body shall survive the execution and delivery of this Toll Policy Agreement and shall continue to serve as a joint board under the Interlocal and the statutes referenced therein and herein, responsible for amendments or addenda to this Agreement.

  • Tolling Period If it becomes necessary or desirable for the Corporation to seek compliance with the provisions of Section 14.2 by legal proceedings, the period during which Grantee shall comply with said provisions will extend for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the Corporation institutes legal proceedings for injunctive or other relief.

  • Tolling Should the Executive violate any of the terms of the restrictive covenant obligations articulated herein, the obligation at issue will run from the first date on which the Executive ceases to be in violation of such obligation.

  • Weed Control The tenant shall control all noxious weeds on the subject lands and maintain any summerfallow in a reasonably weed free condition.

  • Where a Contracting Party expropriates the assets of a company which is incorporated or constituted under the law in force in any part of its own territory, and in which investors of the other Contracting Party own shares, it shall ensure that the provisions of this Article are applied so as to guarantee prompt, adequate and effective compensation in respect of their investment to such investors of the other Contracting Party who are owners of those shares.

  • Initiating Interconnection 4.1 If ENT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
