Tolling of Statutes of Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, any acknowledgment or new promise, whether by payment of principal or interest or otherwise and whether by Borrower or others (including any Guarantor), with respect to any of the Guaranteed Indebtedness shall, if the statute of limitations in favor of a Guarantor against Administrative Agent or any other Lender Party shall have commenced to run, toll the running of such statute of limitations and, if the period of such statute of limitations shall have expired, prevent the operation of such statute of limitations.
Tolling of Statutes of Limitation. The parties hereto agree that all applicable statutes of limitations with respect to the Loan Documents shall be tolled and not begin running until the Termination Date.

Tolling of Statutes of Limitation. All applicable statutes of limitation and defenses based on the passage of time shall be tolled while the procedures specified in Section 7.12 are pending. Operating Company, SKT Holdings and EarthLink shall take such action, if any, required to effectuate such tolling.
