Section 17.1.3. 6 All regular wages will be paid over a 12-month period, i.e., September 1 to August 31. Pay 7 will be received on the last weekday (exclusive of a holiday) of every month. Payroll errors 8 resulting in an underpayment shall be corrected no later than the next regularly scheduled 9 payday following discovery of the error. Payroll errors resulting in an overpayment shall be 10 corrected following a meeting with the involved staff member where payment arrangements 11 will be determined. Attending the meeting does not relinquish the employee’s right to due 12 process nor is it an admission that an overpayment occurred.
