Tolling of Term. If, during any calendar month within the Term of Non-Competition, the Seller Representative is not in compliance with the terms of this Article II, the Company shall be entitled to, among other remedies, compliance by the Seller Representative with the terms of this Article II for an additional number of calendar months that equals the number of calendar months during which such noncompliance occurred. The term "Term of Non-Competition" shall also include this additional period.
