Common use of Topography Clause in Contracts

There shall be no ditching; draining; diking; filling; excavating; removal of topsoil, sand, gravel, rock, or other materials; or any change in the topography of the land in any manner, unless in accordance with the farm conservation plan for agricultural use on the Protected Property referenced in Paragraph C above.
