Total Fixed Cost of the Proposal Sample Clauses

Total Fixed Cost of the Proposal. The total fixed cost of the Proposal shall be determined by adding the total Proposal price offered for Pre-Priced and Non Pre-Priced Work units. After a Non Pre-priced Task has been approved by the County, the Unit Price for such task will be established, and fixed as a permanent Non Pre-priced Task, which will no longer require price justification. The County’s determination as to whether a task is a Pre-priced Task or a Non Pre-priced Task shall be final, binding and conclusive as to the Contractor.
