Common use of Total Grant Award Clause in Contracts

Total Grant Award. GO-Biz, upon approval by the Committee and conditioned upon the requirements set forth in this Agreement, will award Credit Recipient a California Competes Grant ("Grant") in the amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000.00).
