TOTAL LOSS OF AIRCRAFT PRIOR TO DELIVERY. If a Total Loss of the Aircraft occurs prior to Delivery, neither party will have any further liability to the other except that LESSOR will return to LESSEE the Security Deposit in accordance with Article 5.1.3 and any prepaid Rent.
