Total Project Cost Report. Within 90 days after Substantial Completion of the Project, the Entity shall submit to the Township a report of Total Project Costs, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, and certify as to actual construction which said certification shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit E and included in the Annual Report.
