Total Servicing Fee; Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer. The Servicer is entitled to receive the Total Servicing Fee and Supplemental Servicing Fees out of collections in respect of the Receivables. The Servicer shall also be entitled to Investment Earnings as, and to the extent, set forth in the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements. Subject to any limitations on the Servicer's liability under the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements, the Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement and under the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements (including fees and disbursements of the Issuer, any trustees and independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer, expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to holders of Securities and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under this Agreement or the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements to be for the account of the holders of Securities).
