TOTALITY OF AGREEMENT - AMENDMENT AND DURATION. 27.01 This Contract constitutes the full and complete commitments between both parties and may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the voluntary mutual consent of the parties. Such changes shall be reduced to writing, ratified, and signed by the parties and shall become an amendment to this Contract.
