COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall commence on the [insert date] and shall remain in force for [2] years (“Initial Contract Period”).
COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall come into effect when it has been signed by both Parties (subject to Clause 3) and shall continue until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

3.2 No later than 31st March 2016 (or such later date as the Parties may agree) the Parties may agree to extend the Agreement by a further period or periods of up to three years (an "Extension").
3.3 Any such Extension shall be on the same or substantially the same terms and conditions as under this Agreement subject to any necessary changes that may be agreed by the Parties.

6.2 The Nominal Expiry Date of this Agreement is the third anniversary of the Lodgement Date.

This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof (“Commencement Date”), and shall continue for an initial fixed period of one (1) year unless terminated earlier by either party giving to the other not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice expiring no later than the last day of the said initial fixed period, or unless terminated in accordance with Clause 8.
COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 5.1 This Agreement will commence upon lodgement with the Office of the Employment Advocate.
5.2 The nominal expiry date of this Agreement is five (5) years from the date of commencement set out in Clause 5.1.
5.3 After the nominal expiry date, this Agreement will continue until replaced or terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
