Totara Life Cycle Statement. Totara product releases have a specific life cycle for support. From time-to-time legacy functionality will be discontinued or replaced with newer, more current solutions. As a managed SaaS based service Kineo includes all new releases and available bug and security fixes and provides third level technical support services to the Customer. Kineo provides for the term of the Agreement, ongoing maintenance and interoperability of any contracted proprietary software/Plug-ins delivered and or developed as part of the managed service.
