Tower Operator Relationship Manager. So long as the MLA is in effect, Tower Operator will designate and maintain a relationship manager, which relationship manager will have authority and the primary responsibility to: (i) communicate with AWN Collocator and its applicable officers, employees, agents, contractors, and other representatives with respect to all matters relating to the Sites, the MLA, the PSA, or any other Collateral Agreement; and (ii) resolve any and all related issues raised by AWN Collocator, provided, that if such issues are not resolved within ten (10) Business Days, then such issues shall be escalated to Xxxx Xxxxx on behalf of Tower Operator and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx on behalf of AWN Collocator, who will work together in good faith to resolve such issues. Nothing in this Section 12(d) shall be construed to diminish any other rights and remedies of AWN Collocator or Tower Operator under this MLA.

  • Relationship Management 1. Provide client service support to the Fund, including access to day-to-day points of contact and to points of escalation as necessary.

  • Relationship Managers Each party will appoint a Relationship Manager to act as the primary point of contact between the parties with respect to this Agreement, and will designate an alternate for its primary Relationship Manager to act in his or her absence or unavailability. No modification of the Specifications or the Schedule will be effective unless expressly approved by the primary or alternate Relationship Managers of both parties pursuant to Section 7. Each Relationship Manager will appoint Project Managers to manage specific projects under this Agreement. The Project Managers will serve as the primary interface points between the parties with respect to such projects.

  • Customer Relations A. Actively promote DCP Holding Company in all Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, and Community activity.

  • Program Management (WBS 1.1) All components of the Project Management Plan as implemented for the Base Contract and Options 1-4 will be reviewed and amended to reflect specific needs for Option 5 and the outcome of continuous process improvement evaluations.

  • Contract Management (a) Atlantic will appoint one individual with sufficient seniority, experience and authority to oversee the Atlantic's performance under this Agreement (the Atlantic "Contract Manager") and, for periods when any Contract Manager is absent due to illness or vacation, a deputy for him or her, who will be the primary point of contact for the Executive Officers. One of the Trust's trustees, PEO, PFO, or such other Person designated by the Board from time to time, shall be the Trust's "Contract Manager". The Contract Managers for each Party shall be responsible for the overall management of this Agreement. Subject to and as contemplated by this Agreement, the Contract Managers or their deputies will have the authority and be given the primary responsibility to:

The repayment account opened by the Borrower with the Lender (the account stipulated in Article 5) is a special capital withdrawal account, which is used to collect the corresponding sales revenue or the planned repayment fund. Where the corresponding sales revenue is settled in a non-cash manner, the Borrower shall ensure that it will be promptly transferred into the capital withdrawal account upon receipt.

  • Project Manager Project Management Advisors, Inc., or any other project manager designated by Landlord in its reasonable discretion from time to time to act in a supervisory, oversight, project management or other similar capacity on behalf of Landlord in connection with the design and/or construction of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Investor Relations Provide fair and accurate analysis of Dominion and its operating subsidiaries and its outlook within the financial community. Enhance Dominion’s position in the energy industry. Balance and diversify shareholder investment in Dominion through a wide range of activities. Provide feedback to Dominion and its operating subsidiaries regarding investor concerns, trading and ownerships. Hold periodic analysts meetings, and provide various operating data as requested or required by investors.
