Common use of Towing Limitations Clause in Contracts

Towing Limitations. 1) The total weight of the truck, including the lifted load, shall fall within the GVWR and not exceed either the front axle weight ratings (FAWR) or rear axle weight ratings (RAWR). 2) The truck must meet all applicable state and/or federal standards. 3) The front axle load must be at least 50% of its normal or unladen weight after the load is lifted. 4) Any violation of this element is cause for suspension.
