Town Center Connector. The New Market Region Plan, adopted on , 2008, shows a minor arterial road on or in the vicinity of the RESCO Parcel to connect Eaglehead Drive to Yeagertown Road/Xxxxxx Mill Road (this is a portion of what is commonly referred to as the “Town Center Connector”). The parties acknowledge that this road improvement shall not be built in a piecemeal fashion, but shall be built in its entirety at such time as the road is required to be constructed. The parties agree that this portion of the Town Center Connector will be built in conjunction with the development of the property on which it is located, if not already constructed. The timing of construction of this road shall be determined no later than the time of Phase II PUD Plan approval of the RESCO parcel and prior to recordation of any lots on the RESCO parcel.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Streets and Municipal Services 4.1 Off-Site Disturbance Any disturbance to existing off-site infrastructure resulting from the development, including but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street trees, landscaped areas and utilities, shall be the responsibility of the Developer, and shall be reinstated, removed, replaced or relocated by the Developer as directed by the Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer.

  • Engine A. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.

  • Health plan specification The Employer will require health plans participating in the Group Insurance Program to develop and implement health promotion and health education programs for State employees and their dependents.

  • Signaling Parameters All SS7 signaling parameters will be provided in conjunction with traffic exchange trunk groups, where and as available. These parameters include Automatic Number Identification ("ANI"), Calling Party Number ("CPN"), Privacy Indicator, calling party category information, originating line information, charge number, etc. Also included are all parameters relating to network signaling information, such as Carrier Information Parameter ("CIP"), wherever such information is needed for call routing or billing. GTE will provide SS7 via GR-394-SS7 and/or GR-317-SS7 format(s).

  • Loop Provisioning Involving IDLC 2.16.1 Where TWTC has requested an Unbundled Loop and AT&T uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the customer and AT&T has a suitable alternate facility available, AT&T will make such alternative facilities available to TWTC. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, AT&T will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for TWTC (e.g., hairpinning):

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Copper Subloops Sprint will make available access to copper subloops on an unbundled basis. A copper subloop is a portion of a Copper Loop, or Hybrid Loop, and is comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable that acts as a transmission facility between any accessible terminal in Sprint’s outside plant, including inside wire owned or controlled by Sprint, and the end-user customer premises. A copper subloop can also include intermediate devices, such as repeaters, used to establish the transmission path. Copper subloops can be used by CLEC to provide voice-grade services as well as digital subscriber line services. Access to copper subloops is subject to the collocation provisions of this Agreement. Copper subloop consists of the distribution portion of the copper loop. Sprint is not obligated to offer feeder loop plant as a stand-alone UNE.

  • B1 The Specification B1.1 In consideration of the Contractor supplying the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract the Contractor shall be paid the Contract Price.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.
