TOWN OF CARBONDALE. One check designated for Rental User Fee of the Park/Street, and the other check designated for Park/Street Cleanup/Damage Deposit Fee. These fees must be submitted with your application and will be returned if denied. Please note that if the Town deems necessary, a portion of the cleanup/damage deposit fee may be utilized by the Town for the purpose of payment of unforeseen costs necessary to insure and protect public safety during the event, and to ensure the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement are fulfilled. The deposit shall not limit Event Organizer from liability for such expenses in excess of the Cleanup/Damage Deposit Fee submitted.
