TPG Equipment. If required for the provision of the Service, TPG will supply to the Customer the TPG Equipment. The Customer is responsible for the TPG Equipment and must compensate TPG for any loss or damage to it, (fair wear and tear excepted), unless TPG or TPG’s agent causes such loss or damage.
