Reporting and Inspections. The Customer agrees to supply to TPG or TPG’s nominated agent any information reasonably requested by TPG relating to the Customer: (a) for credit management purposes (see also clause 9); (b) to enable TPG to monitor and help reduce the incidence of fraud; (c) to assist TPG in complying with its regulatory obligations and its obligations to report on compliance with those obligations; (d) to assess whether or not the Customer has complied, is complying and will be able to continue to comply with all obligations imposed on the Customer under the Agreement; and (e) for other purposes reasonably required by TPG from time to time and agreed by the Customer.

Reporting and Inspections. (a) Handle,” “Handled” or “Handling” shall mean any installation, handling, generation, storing, treatment, use, disposal, discharge, release, manufacture, refinement, emission, abatement, removal, transportation, presence or migration of any Hazardous Materials brought on the Premises by Tenant or Tenant’s Representatives, or any other activity or any type in connection with or involving Hazardous Materials. “Tenant’s Representatives” shall mean all Tenant’s officers, employees, contractors, representatives, assignees, sublessees, agents, invitees, and any trespassers on the Premises.
Reporting and Inspections. (1) While this Agreement is in effect, annually within 60 days following the anniversary date of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the COMPANY will provide the following to CITY: a. Certification that it has complied with the terms of this Agreement, as applicable, including the provision of sufficient written information, records, and documents, to support its certification of compliance; and b. A report showing the timely number of jobs created and maintained as required by this Agreement for every year this requirement and Agreement is in effect. Such report shall be certified by a Certified Public Accountant at COMPANY’s expense, and signed by a legally authorized executive of the COMPANY; and c. Texas Workforce Commission quarterly reports further demonstrating that COMPANY met the employment and job creation targets for the preceding year when required; and d. Upon CITY’s request, any and all additional information reasonably necessary for the City to determine if the COMPANY has complied with its obligations pursuant to this Agreement; and e. Upon CITY’s request at least three (3) business days prior written notice, such reasonable access to the Property and its Improvements during regular business hours to inspect same to verify that COMPANY is complying with the terms of this Agreement.

Reporting and Inspections. Regular Inspections: At a minimum, the CONTRACTOR's operations manager and/or on-site supervisor will meet with the CITY's Facility Maintenance representatives, monthly during the day, to review work sites to ensure compliance with contract Specifications.

Such report shall be certified by a Certified Public Accountant at COMPANY’s expense, and signed by a legally authorized executive of the COMPANY; and c. Texas Workforce Commission quarterly reports further demonstrating that COMPANY met the employment and job creation targets for the preceding year when required; and d. Upon the CITY’s request, any and all additional information reasonably necessary for the CITY to determine if the COMPANY has complied with its obligations pursuant to this Agreement; and e. Upon the CITY’s request and no less than 3 business daysprior written notice, reasonable access to the Property and its Improvements during regular business hours to inspect same to verify that COMPANY is complying with the terms of this Agreement.
