TPHI Reporting. The Contractor shall report TPHI activities through the Medicaid Encounter Data System (MEDS) and Medicaid Managed Care Operating Report (MMCOR) in accordance with instructions provided by SDOH. To prevent duplicative efforts, the Contractor shall, on a quarterly basis, share claim specific TPHI disposition (paid, denied, or recovered) information with the State.

TPHI Reporting. The FIDA Plan shall report TPHI activities through the Medicaid Encounter Data System (MEDS) and Medicaid Managed Care Operating Report (MMCOR) in accordance with instructions provided by NYSDOH. To prevent duplicative efforts, the FIDA Plan shall, on a quarterly basis, share claim specific TPHI disposition (paid, denied, or recovered) information with the State. If no information is received from the FIDA Plan, the State will assume there are no retroactive recoveries being pursued by the FIDA Plan and will initiate recovery processing.

  • Program Reporting Contractor shall provide such data as may be required by the Board, in the form required by the Board to fulfill its obligations as a public school district, as well as academic, financial and other program records and reports as requested by the Board for program accreditation, monitoring, payment, and auditing. Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.

  • Compliance Reporting a. Provide reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers and the States in which the Fund is registered.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.
