Traceability. Buyer will create and maintain accurate records of all activities and events related to the Products to the extent necessary to ensure product traceability. The records will be constructed in such a manner that all significant activities or events will be traceable for a period of not less than two (2) years past the expiration date or two (2) years after the device has been taken out of service, whichever occurs first.
