Tracking. Custodian shall track the period of time that has elapsed for any release of Purchased Assets under Sections 5.01, 5.02, 5.03 and 5.04 of this Agreement and shall report such information to Buyer in the same manner and at the same time as Custodian provides an Asset Schedule and Exception Report.
