Common use of Trade Assignment Clause in Contracts

Trade Assignment. An assignment to Buyer of a forward trade between an Approved Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Purchased Assets or related Mortgage-Backed Security, in each case in substantially the form of Exhibit N hereto, together with the related Purchase Commitment that has been fully executed, is enforceable and is in full force and effect and confirms the details of such forward trade.

Trade Assignment. An assignment to Buyer of a forward trade between an Approved Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Purchased Assets Mortgage Loan that are Pooled Mortgage Loans or related Mortgage-Backed Security, in each case in substantially the form of Exhibit N hereto, together with the related Purchase Commitment that has been fully executed, is enforceable and is in full force and effect and confirms the details of such forward trade.

Trade Assignment. An assignment to Buyer of a forward trade between an Approved Investor and Seller Guarantor with respect to one or more Purchased Underlying Assets that are Pooled Mortgage Loans or related Mortgage-Backed Security, in each case in substantially the form of Exhibit N hereto, together with the related Purchase Commitment that has been fully executed, is enforceable and is in full force and effect and confirms the details of such forward trade.

Trade Assignment. An assignment to Buyer or its designee of a forward trade between an Approved Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Purchased Assets or related Mortgage-Backed Security, in each case in substantially the form of Exhibit N heretohereto or in a form acceptable to Buyer and its designee, as applicable, together with the related Purchase Commitment that has been fully executed, is enforceable and is in full force and effect and confirms the details of such forward trade.

Trade Assignment. An assignment to Buyer of a forward trade between an Approved Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Purchased Assets or related Mortgage-Backed Security, in each case in substantially the form of Exhibit N hereto, together with the related Purchase Commitment that has been fully executed, is enforceable and is in full force and effect and confirms the details of such forward trade. Transaction: A transaction between Buyer and Seller as contemplated under this Agreement.
