Common use of Trade Facilitation Clause in Contracts

Trade Facilitation. The Parties, in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex IV, with the aim to facilitate trade between the EFTA States and Serbia, shall: (a) simplify, to the greatest extent possible, procedures for trade in goods and related services; (b) promote co-operation among them in order to enhance their participation in the development and implementation of international conventions and recommendations on trade facilitation; and (c) co-operate on trade facilitation within the framework of the Joint Committee.

Trade Facilitation. The Parties, in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex IVIII, with the aim to facilitate trade between Albania and the EFTA States and SerbiaStates, shall: (a) simplify, to the greatest extent possible, procedures for trade in goods and related services; (b) promote co-operation among them in order to enhance their participation in the development and implementation of international conventions and recommendations on trade facilitation; and (c) co-operate on trade facilitation within the framework of the Joint Committee.

Trade Facilitation. The Parties, With the aim to facilitate trade between the EFTA States and Montenegro in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex IV, with the aim to facilitate trade between the EFTA States and Serbia, Parties shall: (a) simplify, to the greatest extent possible, procedures for trade in goods and related services; (b) promote co-operation cooperation among them in order to enhance their participation in the development and implementation of international conventions and recommendations on trade facilitation; and (c) co-operate cooperate on trade facilitation within the framework of the Joint Committee.

Trade Facilitation. The Parties, in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex IV, with With the aim to facilitate trade between the EFTA States and SerbiaBosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex V, each Party shall: (a) simplify, to the greatest extent possible, procedures for trade in goods and related services; (b) promote co-operation cooperation among them in order to enhance their participation in the development and implementation of international conventions and recommendations on trade facilitation; and (c) co-operate cooperate on trade facilitation within the framework of the Joint Committee.

The Parties, in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex IV, with the aim to To facilitate trade between the EFTA States and SerbiaUkraine, the Parties shall: (a) simplify, to the greatest extent possible, procedures for trade in goods and related services; (b) promote co-operation among them the cooperation of the Parties in multilateral fora in order to enhance their participation in the development and implementation of international conventions and recommendations on trade facilitation; and (c) co-operate cooperate on trade facilitation within the framework of the Joint Committee., in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex V.

The Parties, in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex IV, with With the aim to facilitate trade between the EFTA States and SerbiaBosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex V, each Party shall: : (a) simplify, to the greatest extent possible, procedures for trade in goods and related services; ; (b) promote co-operation cooperation among them in order to enhance their participation in the development and implementation of international conventions and recommendations on trade facilitation; and and (c) co-operate cooperate on trade facilitation within the framework of the Joint Committee.
