Common use of TRADE SHOP Clause in Contracts

TRADE SHOP. It is further agreed that any lithographic work which is ordinarily produced in a lithographic plant, and which is necessary to be sent to a "Trade Shop" must be sent to a Union trade shop and handled only by members of the Graphic Communications International Union, if such trade shop is available. The Union reserves to itself and its members the right to refuse to execute work received from such trade shops unless it bears the Union label of the Graphic Communications International Union.
