Trading Day. The term “Trading Day” shall mean with respect to the Shares a day during which trading of the Shares generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or non-U.S. securities exchange on which the Shares are then listed or, if the Shares are not listed on a U.S. national or non-U.S. securities exchange, on the automated quotation system on which the Shares are then authorized for quotation.
