Boxing Day. If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties. The intent is that there will be no more than twelve (12) paid holidays per calendar year for the duration of this agreement.
Boxing Day. In addition to the above, kaimahi shall also receive the below Te Pūkenga holiday:
Boxing Day. When Boxing Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, a holiday in lieu thereof shall be observed on 28 December.
Boxing Day one additional day in each year that, in the opinion of the Corporation, is recognized to be a provincial or civic holiday in the area in which the employee is employed or in any area where, in the opinion of the Corporation, no such additional day is recognized as a provincial or civic holiday, the first Monday in August; and
Boxing Day. In addition to the above, employees shall receive two (2) float holidays. The employee shall be able to take the float holidays on a day mutually agreed between the employee and the DOC. Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Boxing Day. H-2 In reference to Article 16.03, a holiday shall commence at 2400 hours on the calendar day prior to the holiday and end at 2400 hours on said paid holiday.
Boxing Day. (i) If Christmas Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, a holiday in lieu will be observed on 27 December;
(ii) If Boxing Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, a holiday in lieu will be observed on 28 December;
(iii) When New Year's Day or Australia Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as a holiday.
Boxing Day. Any other day proclaimed by the Government of Canada as a national holiday, other than the designated paid holidays mentioned in Article 13.1, shall be added to the above list as a designated paid holiday.
Boxing Day. B.6.1.2 Two (2) float days shall be observed at a time mutually agreed upon between the supervisor and the employee. A new employee must have passed his probationary period to receive float days.
B.6.1.3 All float days must be used within the calendar year of January 1 to December 31.
B.6.1.4 In the event that an additional day, other than those listed in B.6.1.1 is proclaimed a school holiday, that day will replace one (1) of the float days in B.6.1.2.
Boxing Day. If in a particular year, no date is determined under Victorian Law as a public holiday in respect of any occasion referred to in clause 53.2 above, a public holiday will be observed on the actual day.
