Common use of Trading Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Trading Guidelines. EQR consents to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx trading in Program Shares for Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx’x own account and for the account of its clients at the same time as sales of Program Shares occur pursuant to this Agreement, provided, however, that such consent is expressly limited to trading activity that complies with applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
